What a great pizza place. You can get authentic Italian Neapolitan pizza from their wood fired oven and NY and Detroit style pizzas here. The food is also great and you can tell they use really good ingredients. The staff is wonderful. This is the pizza place to go to in Patchogue!

Pictured is the large gluten free Detroit style pizza (with a slice already eaten ). It was much bigger than I expected considering how everything gluten free tends to be a miniature version of "regular" food. This could easily be shared with 3 people. It was yummy but DENSE with so much crispy cheese on the bottom and more cheese on top, I definitely was in a grease and dairy coma after eating just one slice.

I always get the Detroit-style pepperoni gluten-free pizza at Donatina in Patchogue. It is my absolute favorite. The crust is perfectly crispy with that classic Detroit-style edge and the pepperoni is delicious and flavorful. You would never guess it is gluten-free. It is consistently amazing every time with great service and a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend.

Have to give props where due. Donatina was at the Long Island Pizza Festival this weekend and man, this was the best pizza there! Not to start anything but miles better than Taglio which I found extra salty and didn’t meet the bar set by “rankings”. The cheese crust Detroit style was so different, crispy, and airy. The young ladies serving everyone were very sweet all evening too. I’ll be coming (for more in the future for sure. Great pizza!

I have been here on more than one occasion and enjoyed delicious pizza that included all of my dietary restrictions which are strictly vegan and gluten-free. Can't wait to revisit tonight! Highly recommend!
